2025 Water Ballet Mandatory Meeting 0

May 5th at 6 PM

Zoo Pavillion (1 Safari Place) in Druid Hill Park Pool

Show Info:

Fluid Movement presents “Dive Into Banned Books: A Water Ballet of Resistance and Joy”. Wait! Water? Books? Isn’t that a rather soggy combination? Not this summer! Get ready for your summer reading program! Set in a library, we meet the provocateur, banning books left and right. Cue the helpful librarian to guide our inquisitive kids through five of these banned books. Why are they banned? What can we do? Why should we read them? Check it out as we create an atmosphere of inclusion while exposing censorship and blazing into our finale of joyful resistance!

Mandatory Meeting 0 Info:

To kick off the summer, we’ll have a mandatory in-person meeting on May 5th from 6-7:30 PM at the Zoo Pavilion in Druid Hill Park. This is your chance to meet the team, your directors, and the 80+ swimmers in the show. We know life happens, but it's important to attend and show your commitment! If you cannot attend this meeting, it must be for a reason that won't impact your attendance at June/July rehearsals.

If you or your child are interested in signing up for the water ballet, please read our Swimmer Expectations and Information to understand what’s involved.
