Candy Lane is a art installation installed at Center Plaza in downtown Baltimore organized by Downton Partnership of Baltimore (DPOB). DPOB has invited Fluid Movement to activate this installation with an exuberant winter performance art piece featuring fabulous costumes, dancing, hopefully roller skating, and YOU!

This performance will occur outside, but we are making sure costumes are suitably warm to accommodate the December weather.
