Fluid Movement is once again partnering with Baltimore Votes to bring joy, glitter, and movement to Baltimore City polling locations. We will have three Poll Dance-related events that you can participate in (participating in one event does not require or preclude you from participating in any of the other events). We are still working with Baltimore Votes to identify the best times and places for us to focus our efforts. These events are being organized by the fabulous and incredible Claire Molina and Val Perez-Schere.
Early Bird Voting - October 28th at The League for People With Disabilities (1111 E Cold Spring Lane, Baltimore, MD 21239) from 6-8 PM
We will be wearing our best bird gear or whatever feels snazzy and fun, dancing to Landis' hit song made just for Fluid Movement in 2020: "Wait Till You See My Vote", and just having a good time encouraging people to vote
Vote for What Floats Your Boat - on a boat in the harbor, tentatively scheduled for the AM on either November 5th or 6th
We will have an awesome banner and be on a boat doing a slow cruise around the harbor to get Baltimore out to vote on November 8th
Poll Dance at the Polls - November 8th from 6-8 PM, locations TBD
Bmore Votes will give us three polling locations that we will travel to and spend about an hour at each location, shaking our buns to "Wait TIll You See My Vote" and entertaining people at the polls on November 8th!
